Assistant Project Manager
CurrentGenerate, manage, and drive operational schedule.Coordinate operational schedule with client.Perform all cross-functional coordination between Engineering, GIS, Licensing and Permitting.Work with project control peers on the financial health of projects and programs.Assist Project Managers with operational questions.Manage coordination of underground and aerial make ready construction.Create customer facing reports and presentations.Work with construction to issue construction work orders to subcontractors.Reconcile and QC contractor invoice with construction production.QC subcontractor red lines and coordinates with Engineering for As-builts.Assist functional teams with programmatic approach and responsible for leading scoping sessions, planning, documenting processes, identifying risks, stakeholder communication, training, execution, and closeout.Lead training effort for the workforce to ensure everyone understands roles and responsibilities for operational processes.Produce and distribute high-level reports by market and project.Analyze projects, markets, and programs and distribute findings to identify the root cause and drive resolution.Lead efforts to automate systems and processes surrounding operations.Create, modify, and distribute operational processes.Responsible for clear operations processes and all operational use of tools surrounding project start, execution, and closure.
