As the Chair of Transport at Brisbane City Council, I have more than 9 years of experience in local government, politics, and stakeholder engagement. I am completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and hold a Company Directors Course (GAICD) credential that equips me with the skills and knowledge to manage complex and large-scale projects and services.My mission is to make Brisbane a leading city in using green and active transport, including bicycles and e-mobility, to reduce emissions, improve health, and enhance livability. I oversee major projects such as the $1.4 billion Brisbane Metro and the $550 million New Green Bridges program, which will transform the city's public transport network and connect communities. I am also passionate about sci-fi, bonsai, and LEGO, and I believe in the power of local government to change people's lives.
