Currently employed as a Teaching Fellow at the Institute for Sport, Physical Education & Health Sciences within the Moray House School for Education at The University of Edinburgh. Main responsibilities include teaching across a range of course in years 2-4 of the BEd Programme. Also studying for an EdD alongside my teaching commitments.

Other responsibilities within College included pastoral duties. I was active as a 2nd Year Tutor from 2005 to 2011. The main responsibilities involved the delivery of core PE and games to both primary and secondary classes. The core curriculum covered a broad variety of activities including athletics, gymnastics, swimming, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, hockey, cricket, athletics, rugby, football and Scottish country dance.Another aspect within the school which I was heavily involved in was the extra-curricular programme, most notably in the areas of Rugby and Athletics.I was able to develop a… Show more The main responsibilities involved the delivery of core PE and games to both primary and secondary classes. This involved the organisation and running of an out of school hours and weekend sport and leisure activity programme, for both adults and children, utilising the schools’ sports facilities.
