Support the technical training within the Joint Staff J7 and the major combatant commanders. Responsible for 95 personnel across 5 contracts supporting operations for the Joint Staff and Navy

I manager the activities of 30 NG technical personnel as well as 6 technical planners. I am responsible for the communications and simulation federation architectures supporting training for the combatant commanders throughout the world. Additionally I oversee the professional development of my technical personnel through training and OJT.

I was responsible for the design and implementation of simulation architectures supporting the training of NORTHERN Command and the Central Command staffs. Required to be qualified on all simulations in the Joint Training Confederation. Helped to implement the Joint National Training Concept by writing acceptance standards and certification criteria for.

Multiple tours in destroyers, amphibious ships and as commanding officer of USS Exultant (MSO 441). Additional tours as OinC of Mobile Training Teams to the Saudi Naval Expansion Project and as CO HQ element for Commander Mine Warfare Command. Last tour was as Wargame department head at Tactical Training Group Atlantic, additional duty as Fleet User Rep.
