(Manufacturing / Retail)Having held positions from Sales Rep, Key Accounts, National Training Manager and Senior Leadership roles during his career path, Murray has gained extensive experience in the fields of sales, key accounts and the motivational dynamics of sales people, team development and leadership.Murray started Team Performance Factory in November 2010, following his belief that sustainable performance in people, both personal and business life can be achieved, through effective and inspiring coaching, training and speaking engagements. Murray is accredited by Franklin Covey SA, Human Synergistic Canada and is a Seta accredited facilitator.Murray incorporates both business and life’s lessons into his training and key note seminars.Business consulting to the sales industry led to an opportunity to work full time in a senior management role with a private business, importing and distributing quality food products, supplying the hospitality industry and airlines. Sadly the impact of covid 19 on the airline and hospitality sector pushed the owner into voluntary liquidation.With great experiences and lessons from both business involvement and his passion for adrenalin sports and the ocean, Murray survived a micro-light aircraft crash from which comes the lesson, “never take the basics for granted." More recently, blessed and grateful to have survived a severe neck break as a result of a surfing incident.What a path of self discovery that has been. Truly grateful!
