I hate needless complexity, so here's my professional story in 5 points:1) I work with habits. We help industry-leading organisations to redesign theirs. Find out more here: www.nanohabits.com.2) My role is Head of Programs (Projects) and Customer Success. This means I am always in "sleeves rolled up" mode; tirelessly working to bring success to our partners, however and whenever: providing consultation, learning support and performance data for our customers.3) In the last few years, I have overseen strategic change programs in Europe and Asia, and consulted for blue-chip organisations on their 'strategy as practice' implementation. I've also been a keynote speaker at a range of events from Corporate days, Nordic Summits and EGN meetings to mention a few.4) I've followed an atypical path here. I've worked in farming, retail and the restaurant industry before entering the world of organisational learning and development, after winning an innovation competition in Denmark. I firmly believe that attitude is more vital than aptitude; since the latter is more easily learned (especially through a change in habits!).5) I value authenticity. This is perhaps one reason why I am seldom very active on LinkedIn. I find it difficult to discern the value in much of the content and conversations on here.
