Personal assistant & office coordinator for the President/Owner. Facilitate construction bids by gathering proper documents, determining if products represented are included in the project and assist with the preparation of the bid. Coordinate scheduling of Lunch and Learn presentations, basic office functions, i.e., supplies, vendors, bid calendars, etc.

Coordinated the implementation and training of the Department of Homeland Security E-Verification System. Administered I-9 programs, handled Social Security issues and maintained confidential information and reports. Supported 10 recruiters and other administrative duties.

Coordinated vendor relations of all general office functions. Administered vendor Lunch and Learn program. Assisted Human Resources with confidential benefit information, event planning and relief receptionist. Supported the Architects with some administrative duties. Handled off site storage program.

Served as HR consultant for new company. Wrote employee handbook, policy & procedures manual and assisted in setting up Workers' Comp parameters and information.

Served as Operations Manager for the Duluth & Norcross branches.. Supervised 2 employees, recruited and managed up to 125-130 staffing employees weekly. Maintained 3500-4000 weekly hours. Managed office budget, facilities, advertising and vendor relations. Prepared weekly payroll and maintained confidential reports for the Home Office.

Provided direct administrative support to the President & CEO and the EVP-General Mgr. Included scheduling and coordinating calendars, travel, correspondence, meetings and personal information. Prepared presentations for new business pitches and assisted Account Executive on specific ad projects.

Served as Office Manager, Assistant to President and Account Manager for three Regional Sales Managers. Managed the office budget, travel and sales meetings, preparing RFPs and day to day maintenance of existing business. Human Resources liaison with Sales staff.
