Starting my freelancing journey as a Senior Digital Project Manager.

Working with a number of luxury cosmetic and beauty brands to support and rollout of our clienteling application to allow them to better understand their customers and provide a more tailored experience.For one established client, I worked very hard to take what had been perceived as an unwieldily project, and brought clarity and focus internally to allow us to be understand what needed to be delivered, and crucially challenge the clients "solutionised" approach. This has allowed us to make sure that we deliver things in a way that are the best fit for our product, but also meeting the clients objectives. This has resulted in much improved scores in customer satisfaction surveys, commitment to longer term contracts for our solution and a relationship built on trust.For a recently acquired client, a long standing issue with missing data was causing a lack of trust in our solution. Working with the technical team, I picked the process apart and eliminated the different steps that could be causing the issue until we stumbled across a number of small changes that would fix some of the problems, but also improve resilience. These changes fixed well over 90% of the missing orders, whilst determining the client needed to make some changes to their web services to allow us to close the remaining gaps.

Senior Project Manager role focussed on delivering web, AR and VR applications for clients including BT, Verizon, GM, Cisco, Red Bull and Y.CO. Ultimately lead the Production team for over a year because of my strong leadership skills.For Cisco, developing an immersive VR installation at the Cisco Live conference in San Diego, Mission Posssible, helping to articulate their customer support service CX. Created three mini-games with both VR and real world physical interactions in a game show environment to help deploy the world's first virtual 5G network.For Red Bull, delivering three project-specific websites (Futur/IO, Paper Wings & Basement University) and an AR-based application to support a worldwide paper plane competition with over 52,000 competitors. Also providing comprehensive PM support for the client and network of country managers in over 60 countries around the world.

I lead the development of Steer Davies Gleave's UK digital engagement offer within the Intelligent Mobility team which comprises of journey planning, passenger information, travel information portals, gamification and online consultation. Work winner, proposal writer and management of the entire project lifespan. Establish long terms relationships with clients for repeat work winning.I have led projects with a number of UK local authorities including Transport for London, London Borough of Ealing, Newcastle City Council, Surrey County Council, Derby City Council, Dundee City Council and Brighton & Hove City Council.I'm an expert in public transport datasets and how they are best structured and utilised.I have also undertaken two large market research projects with Transport for London looking at the market and travel patterns of Taxi & Private Hire.
