I am a Canadian national and British resident with over 10 years of experience working as an Agilist. My expertise lies in implementing Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes to help teams become versatile, cross-functional, innovative, focused, and productive. I have several certifications including ICP-ACC, SAFE 5.1 RTE, Scrum@Scale, PSM I and II, SAFe 5.1 Scrum Master, SAFe 5.1 Advanced Scrum Master, and Professional Kanban.Recently, I served as an Agile coach for Jaguar Land Rover on behalf of NH, helping three teams in their Agile journey. I also co-host webinars with a professional partner from Efficient-Agile.com, discussing topics on how to Scale Scrum teams using Scrum@Scale and SAFe.In the past, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer, testing embedded applications, web applications, and mobile applications in Agile environments.
