1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from UK based clients 2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. 3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal. 4) Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position. 5) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement. 6) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 7) Validation of Resumes for experience & verification of work status RS As Per Market

• Experience in IT for the client Intel, Fijistu, Macys. • Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets. • Submitting candidates to the clients in a timely manner. • Perform advanced search techniques to source candidates by job boards, internal database, referrals, networking events, career fairs, and LinkedIn etc. • Scheduling interviews with clients. • Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work. • Excellent knowledge on IT technologies. • Screening of Green card holders and US Citizens • Perform weekly reporting based on in-house interviews, submitting, send-outs, offers and sales leads• Monthly 2 or 1 placement with genuine back ground checks.
