• Full Recruitment Cycle• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job• Salary Negotiation• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer• Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client

• Experience in IT for the client Intel, Fijistu, Macys. • Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets. • Submitting candidates to the clients in a timely manner. • Perform advanced search techniques to source candidates by job boards, internal database, referrals, networking events, career fairs, and LinkedIn etc. • Scheduling interviews with clients. • Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work. • Excellent knowledge on IT technologies. • Screening of Green card holders and US Citizens • Perform weekly reporting based on in-house interviews, submitting, send-outs, offers and sales leads• Monthly 2 or 1 placement with genuine back ground checks.
