• Preparing Budgets for assigned sites, ensuring that process is followed. • Preparing the P&L, forecast for assigned sites, adhering to company process • Preparing & Checking Performa Invoicing, taking the approval raising the invoice Submission to Client. • Tracking & Provisioning for expenses and for future income and accruals by keeping Invoicing to keep in mind that expenses and income. • Monitoring Petty Cash expenses for all sites. • Procurement & Intending requirements Chemical, Consumables, Uniforms, Shoes and Stationary & other site releated required material at site after receiving approvals from State Head / Regional Head. • Coordinating for Vendor Payments & reco • Played an active part in the Cost reduction initiatives (OT, Uniform, Shoes & other costs) Challenging existing costs on a continuous basis. • Engaging for vendor for re-negotiation of prices and a constant look at Repair & Maintenance costs. • Assist Transition Team while implementing laid out processes for site mobilisation/demobilization. • Maintain monthly site related updated trackers (data), Reports & documentation in terms of contract copies, legal documents. • Responsible for Outstanding collection follow up through constant follow up with Client & payable teams & Updating the stake holders as required. • Comply Company Policies at All times. • Ensuring all equipments and fixed assets are maintained and preparing regular and accurate physical inventories. • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data & information relating to the facilities • Payroll Processing to HR.
