• Managing the strategic spend for categories of IT, Telecom, Events (National Events), Supply Chain, Admin, HR & Special Project-Localization, by interacting with various vendors like Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Tata, Airtel, Jio, Value First, Infobip, The Leela, Sheraton, Taj, TVS, Agility, Maersk, Delhivery, Bluedart, ECOM, Varuna, OM Logistics, BIEC, Jio World Center and multiple aggregators.• Lead the negotiation process for Software and SaaS contracts, including engaging with suppliers, functional leaders, legal team, subject matter experts, leadership, as required• Run various sourcing activities as assigned (e.g., RFx development, NDA management, supplier communication, negotiation, draft contracts and recommendation summarization)• Research and identify suppliers as required (i.e. supplier market analysis)• Gather and summarize bid requirements, prepare bid package and publish to suppliers using a Sourcing tool• Responsible for escalation management within your managed Sub-Category to address and resolve issues and quality concerns• Perform in-depth proposal analysis draw conclusions regarding supplier selection recommendations, present back to the requestor in a concise manner• Leading sourcing negotiations, and participate in major global supplier discussions to explore new opportunity to get latest technology and products available in the market, testing, exploring, and onboarding• Identification and realization the cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities• On-time and successful completion of savings projects along with continuous improvement in supplier performance• Monthly review meeting with suppliers on KPIs and other key metrics agreed• Supporting quarterly internal and external audits ensuring compliance to corporate policies & procedures, and corporate contracts (Project documentation)• Cost avoidance & saving, budget vs spend analysis to report/presentation to management

• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)• Company business volume analysis, Customer grievance, Delivery pin code mapping, Spend monitoring, Shipment delivery performance, ODA & Non ODA• New product testing, New application training, process improvement plan, New project implementation, supplier process compliance monitoring Leadership presentation (PPT), Contract tracking, renewal initiatives• Conducting cost analysis to identify areas where costs can be reduced/eliminated• Interaction with vendors to align as per agreed SOPs & KPI, monthly review on the performance at Pan India• Process improvement by guiding Operation team to follow internal policy & SOPs with periodical training/meeting• Shipment routing plan for effective and speedy delivery to the customer• Responsible for Contract negotiation with Supplier, Internal Stakeholders and Corporate team for sign-off• Purchase requisitions, Supplier scorecard & evaluation and vendor on-boarding process• Identifying the critical areas where there is delays/lapses/mishandling in the projects or in operation• Conducting feasibility studies (technical and commercial aspects), assessing capital cost involved and evaluating the viability of new project• Acquiring data for primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems for management review and cost optimization• Identifying and recommending new ways to save cost by streamlining business processes• Testing new futures, products, enhancement, transition in the system

• Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols• Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen• Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives• Developing, revising or improving administrative processes to ensure the successful flow of communication across departments• Supervising an administrative staffs, including hiring, training and evaluating staff performance• Collaborating with accounting and human resources teams on payroll, budgets and other expenses• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards• Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems• Performing other administrative duties as needed to ensure efficiency
