My professional journey started as Accountant, for one of the leading US MNCs; moved on to Reporting then, transitioned as System and Process Enabler for a very large ERP implementation. Switched role and country as Business Finance Manager for a billion-dollar business in setting target, driving performance and winning new businesses.I turned a new page in my career as CFO for an Indian organization with multiple businesses and a new startup venture. After that stint, I was hired by a large European MNC with multiple functions in Finance - Controllership, Company Secretary, Taxation and Compliance. Lead team to achieve day zero financial, Transfer pricing agreement with Government and insightful Board discussions.As the next chapter in my professional growth, I leaped into a US Professional Service Firm. Here I took a new path as a Risk and Regulatory Compliance Leader to setup process, automation and proactive compliance.
