Conduct auditions on Mini-DV, upload and edit audition reel for executive producer. Compose character breakdowns and character direction for candidates. Log time-code and keep accurate records of candidates. Pitch final casting selects to executive team and brainstormed alternative script ideas.

Assist in collecting and processing enrollment paperwork from incoming students. Handle any last minute enrollment or recruitment challenges. Hire, schedule, and manage 5-10 rotating actors for weekly performances. Process employee paperwork and maintained production calendar. Direct liaison between employees, school district, and hospital management team.

Scout/source and clear locations. Organize casting interviews and pitch potential talent to Executive Producers. Contribute to revisions during table reads and brainstorm story ideas for potential sketches. Manage script revisions and script distributions.
