-Analyze the insurance and pension processes and customer operations on a risk based financial view-Make investigations and fraud analysis, report the whole investigation process to the board-Visit agencies and directories in Turkey and KKTC to observe and deliberate the general way things are going(alignment with the company's, regulatory bodies' and international standards)-Report all of the inconsistencies to the board and the Audit committee of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and the Isbank Group-Take training on global investigation standards, IT Audit methodologies, IFRS, SQL, financial analysis/management and business analytics and perform the tasks to judge the general effectiveness and efficiency in the branches-Perform company-wide audit and fraud investigations on a regular basis and fix any disjunction

I was one of the ten finalists who got the chance to work with a mentor from the EY tax consultancy group and present his solution to a case study about a corporate tax law dilemma to the pioneering tax professionals committee which consists of top executives from highly reputable firms and academicians.

-Analyze and evaluate customer profiles to choose the right customers to work with.-Organize the agreement and contract terms.-Spectate the methods to manage people and the diverse sentiments, through on the work training sessions.-They have let me in the meetings with mid-level managers and foreign partners as a translator. Through these meetings I had a chance to see the differences in application among countries. In fact, it was both culturally and technically a huge value added for my personal development.

-Analyze and choose the best provider from the wide range of suppliers.-Managing the negotiations of sales of a factory as it proposed no more value.-Being part of an international firm as big as Novaress group was a great experience as it gave me a chance to work with foreign and well educated managers. They treated me as one of the managers by calling me in to the meetings and letting me eat and blend in with the whole team. I was the only intern they took in the last decade and the departments being operated by few numbers of people helped me perform multiple tasks at once. It gave me a space to show my analytic skills and widen both my and their perspectives.

Seeing how sales work at an institutional level got me on the track to accumulate my skill set. I have experienced and learned sales insights in one of the biggest tech-manufacturing and selling local firms. Experiencing the institutional life under the roofs of Levetn199-Zorlu Holding Plaza in which there are more than 5 companies and 20 departments, it wasn't actually just the sales I experienced. Cutting to the chase, now I know better. I know better not only sales but marketing, finance, purchasing and even human resources in which I have no interest in. These are due to the warm realations I could get with the epmloyees, managers and especially my fellow internees who worked at distinct departments but were like in the same room(not literally:) all the time.
