Support procurement unit

 Assets Control1- Solely Responsible of keeping an update of all GK assets.2- Take note of the in-come and outgoing assets. 3- Undertake regular assets count and inventory update.4- Responsible to initiate and process disposal of assets and cleaning of scraps and garbage items following SC guideline.5- Collect data and produce regular updates and reports on Assets statues. Development of Framework Agreements:1. Approach Suppliers and negotiate the development of FWA. 2. Keep an update supplier’s appraisal and questionnaire documents.3. Explore the potentiality developing FWA in all categories across the area office.4. Work with procurement department and procurement committee to establish and implement suppliers measuring procedures.5. Supervise suppliers review and quality control. Warehouse Management:1. Supervise Greater kordofan area offices stores and warehouses2. Monitor the receipt and distribution of suppliers and goods3. Undertaking regular reporting mechanism on warehouses across the area offices.4. Supervise guide support capacity building on job training, performance monitoring and appraisala. , leave planning, and management of warehouses staff.5. 15-coordinate all warehousing function among the warehouses staff in GK.6. 16-Collect and produce timely reports and updates on warehouses using the standard reporting Formats and platform.7. 17-Be responsible for the data entry of the warehouse information into the SCI TIM system and a. Ensure the compatibility of GK warehouses with required standard.8. 18-Plan and implement improvements to internal or external warehousing system or processes , including the usage pin card ,labels,tags,etc.9. 19-Create or review security-related documents, such as theft/damage report, proposals and a. Strategic initiatives to guard GK warehouses.10. Take particular follow up action in regard to in-kind donations
