1- Maintain proper and verified documentation of all equipment and Materials purchased locally or offshore for the field office.2- Ensure proper controls and segregation of duties is always in place according to SCS policy.3- Prepare necessary documents and ensure speedy clearance OF Field office equipment and materials from HAC, ministry of finance and customs authorities 4- Streamline procurement process to ensure fast purchase and delivery.5- Report immediately of any theft or damage to organization equipments and materials while in transit or in custom premises 6- Ensure that all materials purchased are handed over to the storekeeper or dispatched to field if that is authorized by FM.7- Maintain procurement trucking system.8- Supervise logistic assistant, storekeeper, guards and cleaners. 9- Establish price list for regular supplies, ensure that it is reviewed and updated in quarterly basis.10- Communicate with staff requesting items on the status of their request.11- Set up accounts, negotiate with tenders and transport companies12- Work closely with finance to ensure smooth process of purchasing.13- Attend bid meeting such as NGO coordination.Arrange road and Air transport of supplies to the final destination (Sub –offices, program sites).

Responsible for reporting on stock status and consumption trucking of all goods, supplies and items in all the stores in Khartoum9. Responsible to issue gate pass for all items leaving the office premise.10. Assist in assets disposal11. Assist in garbage's/scrap cleanup process Assist in inventory update process
