I am a Test Engineer currently working full-time at TEI - Tusas Engine Industries, Inc. I started this exciting journey in April 2015.My primary responsibilities revolve around piston aircraft engine test operations, validation, and verification. I am involved in identifying test requirements for engine development and handling the installation, operation, and execution of various test benches, including altitude, propeller test cells, HORİBA, and AVL engine dynamometers, engine test rigs of gearbox, alternator, and injector.Furthermore, I contribute to designing and developing test sets for engine and subcomponent measurement systems, preparing engine instrumentation, and calibrating sensors on test benches. Active participation in engine validation, verification tests, result analysis, and test report preparation are integral parts of my role. I also contribute to design requirements compliance tests and work towards developing testing infrastructures to meet evolving needs.I am highly experienced with data acquisition, using dynamometers, and piston aircraft engines. My skill set includes proficiency in Horiba Dynamometer, AVL Dynamometer, STARS software, PUMA software, Sensors, National Instruments(NI), and DEWESoft.I hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Machine Dynamics, Vibration & Acoustics, from Istanbul Technical University. My Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering was earned from Yeditepe University with 100% scholarship. During my academic journey, I gained practical experience through internships at Turkish Aerospace Industries and TÜRASAŞ.My graduation project involved developing a numerical simulation code in Matlab to analyze low-cycle fatigue behavior of steam turbine blades.With the knowledge and skills acquired throughout my career, I continue to make significant contributions to the field of test engineering.
