- Prepare P&Ls Per Account, analyze Variances and provide commentaries on a Monthly basis to make sure costs are controlled and revenue targets are achieved and review potential problems with senior managers- Handling pricing function and which included individual and RFP pricing in collaboration with the sales department- Preparing Monthly Reports(Detailed P&Ls, Revenue, HC, and Capacity) & Ad-hoc reports for the Sr. Manager- Preparing monthly & Quarterly business review reports and its presented on PPT- Helping in the forecasting process in each of the following (Revenue, Personnel, and Headcount)- Handling Purchases requests and monitoring if it is included in the actual cost or not to be able to follow up with the PR department owner- Review monthly operation invoices to compare them with accrual revenue to track & analysis the payment and deductions process- Handling Staff requests and making analyses between them and Price ratios To make the best decision

-Handling IB Chat for customers for 1st three months-Transfer to many departments as a task agent for the following ( Team Leader, Quality monitoring, Data analyst & Operational Trainer )
