JOB NATURE : PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY – DISASTER RECOVERY FOR PETRONAS SYSTEM RESPONSIBLE FOR :Managing the budget and schedule and all Project management procedures (scope management, issues management, risk management, etc.) to ensure overall success of the project, which includes:• Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues.• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders.• Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk.• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality.• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.• Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the Project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable.• Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.

Leading and managing deliverable of the new system requirement and expansion of the existing application system/software in order to cope with the user’s demand and to maximize system availability. 9. Being an important team player for the establishment and implementation of ISO 9001 QMS for building operation and maintenance system. 10. Conducting an Internal Audit exercise for TM Building.
