The company was founded and led by Najelaa Shihab and continues to operate with the concept of a blended learning approach (with a focus on education and innovative schools), technology-based career development, and the implementation of data-based online recruitment and assessment.---As Head of Product Design, my duties and responsibilities are:• Set the Product Design team's vision for the Sekolah.mu, Karier.mu, SMM, Talentics, and Living English platforms.• Determine the design strategy and roadmap, both in the short and long term.• Supervise all ongoing projects.• Supervise design functions and principles, such as design systems, visual styling, and all things related to product design.• Building and managing a diverse, talented, and inclusive Product Design Team.• Developing the team members and building a culture where the entire team can grow, be open, and have a strong sense of ownership.• Ensure that all team members have goals and visions that are aligned, clear, and measurable.

Leading more than 16 members: Product designers, User Experience (UX) Designers, User Interface (UI) Designers, and Visual Designers. Organizing the Product Design Team to create user experience across all Sekolah.mu & Karier.mu platforms. Facilitating and creating ideas and suggestions, helping identify requirements, making an interactive flow, and translating it into a fresh, intuitive, and fully functional user interface for the team.

Leading Payment & Loyalty's Tribe. Actively involved in making new products and the development of existing products, from concept realization to end-to-end business process. Analyzing habits and behavior of Sekolah.mu and Karier.mu users within the lines of the purchasing process and payment transaction and summarizing different types of data into a reporting log on the dashboard. Aligning with related stakeholders or cross-functional departments to obtain user needs.Designing flows, formulating requirements, and working with product design teams to create high-fidelity user interface prototypes. Drafting product vision and strategy by identifying market prospects and needs and observing and comparing competitors' products. Organizing, monitoring, and analyzing matrices to reach the success of built products.Furthermore, I'm also developing a more advanced purchasing process on bayar.sekolah.mu, such as combining various products into a package, "Paket Kelas" that can be purchased in a single transaction, with the choice of full payment or periodic installments with different available payment methods.

Involved in making and compiling the curriculum in the Product Design learning module with the Design Sprint topic for the "Magang Bersertifikat" & "Studi Independen" program, which is part of the independent learning policy (kebijakan Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka) by The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, & Technology of The Republic of Indonesia (Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia).
