I am currently a third-year materials engineering student at Purdue University. For me, being exposed to a wide range of interests and industries has always been a priority. Whether it’s my interest in thermoplastic composites for aerospace applications, biomaterials, or even finance, I’m driven to find ways to connect my materials background to my passions. At Re:Build Cutting Dynamics, I’ve spent eight months as a Composites Engineering intern and have been involved in day-to-day engineering support, composite part design and production, project evaluation and quoting, and R&D. Complemented by my minor in business economics, being able to look at projects and manufacturing processes from both a technical and business lens has become a critical part of how I approach problem solving. Besides my coursework and experience, I also love basketball, soccer, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I’m interested in opportunities related to aerospace composites, biomedical/pharmaceutical R&D and devices, and finance. I’m happy to connect and feel free to reach out to me with opportunities or questions at my email: mutalmuht@gmail.com
