Current• Collaborating on the redesign of Luminate’s learning agenda to adapt to organizational and system changes• Leading the evidence processes and collaborating on cross-team evidence synthesis for decision-making• Co-leading on communicating organizational learning and systemic changes affecting current strategies• Collaborating on conceptualizing an ecosystem-based strategy for the organization• Supporting organizational-level evaluation, learning, and research needs and projects• Supporting grantee learning needs; being innovative and inclusive enough to not burden grantees• Managing the learning and impact analyst• Representing the organization in conferences and webinars
