• Design, develop, facilitate training programs based on the needs of the Campaigns and the company. • Develop, update, and arrange material fit for new starters and existing employees. I was involved in development of products in the vast New Business Ventures department, I am working in the back end development of LOOP where we work to meet our customers at their point of need based on the current trends and future potential business. I provided direct reports and assist in technical production to the team while working with product managers and other professionals to ensure optimum results in the current competitive market.

I engage new potential clients to LOOP and use provided IT systems to process and distribute debit cards. I also provide post education on the product to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of the product. I profile and advice accordingly which product best suits each individual client to ensure they enjoy products that will meet their current needs. I also provide on-going, day-to-day support to client services, identifying and directing the management of information from various clients to improve our product and make it relevant to changing trends. I Identify and coordinate with technology available to resolve, report and distribute delays which directly affect clients.

I market the Bank’s products and services on a daily basis to existing and prospective customers with emphasis on Loans and Overdrafts, Current and Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposits. I generate business through local sales promotion: outdoor marketing calls on existing as well as potential customers. I ensure to build relationships with existing referral sources and cultivate new referral sources both internally and externally. I have made sure to achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix and customer segment. It is important i work closely with the Business Development Managers and/or Branch Heads in arranging for events /promotions for new acquisition of customers. I also derive insights to competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
