• Data analysis and visualization: Supporting regional teams in collecting quality data for various project related activities. I have been involved in cleaning, analyzing and analysis of data for 2 baseline and 1 endline studies. I have also created dashboards for the same on Power BI.• Data Quality Assurance: Involved in the organizations’ data quality assurance process to ensure that all data collected complies with USAID requirements. The requirements related to ensuring quality of data based on standard quality checks, ensuring ideal storage and protection mechanisms are in place for the organizations data and advising on possible measure to improve data handling. • Database management: Management of the regional databases for Eldoret and Garissa ensuring that data is uploaded/documented, well maintained and updated regularly.. Trackers with a summary of various databases is then created and shared on SharePoint to ensure easy access for organization’s staff without tampering with the overall dataset.• Documentation: Work on regional quarterly reports, special studies reports, and training reports. Collaborated with the teams at the county levels in two regions to consolidate quarterly and annual reports and ensure timely completion of the reports.• Supporting grantees: Support youth group grantees in documentations, trainings and capacity building, tracking various activities and doing physical visits. I have supported youth groups from Trans-Nzoia, Mandera and West Pokot counties in their grants request proposals writing. I have also participated in reviewing and supporting the grantees milestone submissions to ensure they meet USAIDs requirements. In addition, I have trained youth grantees prior to implementation of grant related programs.• Designing data collection tools: Designing and programming data collection tools on mobile/ computer-based data collection applications such as KOBO collect, ODK, Tangerine.
