● Maintaining active maintenance and preventive maintenance as per schedule.● Periodic and performance analysis of plant● Fault identification, rectification and root cause analysis of breakdown of equipment’s.● Monitoring equipment performance and implementation of improvement plans for power generation.● Aesthetic and cost effective management of plant● Having knowledge in AC,DC,PV Modules, Inverter,Transformers,CT,PT,Breaker,Earthing and Transmission line .● Maintaining active maintenance and preventive maintenance as per schedule.● Monitoring and reporting of plant performance (hourly, daily, monthly, yearly energy generated as per expectation) using SCADA & direct/remote monitoring system.● Maintenance of records warranty cards, calibration certificate of equipment, vendor contract agreement.● Handle all minor and regular breakdown correction works.● Check and report the availability spares and tools required of breakdown correction of all major equipment, responsible for providing security during day night to protect plant from theft and intruders.● Attending monthly reviews with client.● Plant monitoring analysing plant performance and supporting in required fields.● Coordination with client with sub-contractors.● Coordinate with State electricity Board & nodal agencies.● Billing coordination with clients.● Manage the routine routine inspection from electrical inspector and electricity board.● Handling of on line SCADA monitoring system implementation continuously reviews the work plan .● Manage all program activities and consultants / contractors for timely implementation of the project.
