Started my own firm "M G International" by giving consultancies for Seafood Certifications to the exporters along with doing seafood trading (for Fresh Frozen and Chilled cargo export) with the International buyers and Indian Exporters.

Handling the Overall Production and Exports of this EU approved factory

Took care of whole factory including certifications.

Managing of daily production:Incoming Raw material planning(capacity ~55 MT/D),Planning of RM based on the requirement to different sections like Block section(capacity ~20 MT/D), Raw IQF 2 lines (capacity 1st is 500 Kgs/Hr, 2nd is 1MT/Hr), Cooking IQF (capacity 500Kgs./Hr) and Blast Freezer (capacity is 20 MT/D) Verification of workouts of previous day’s production and tallying. Handling of varieties of products like HO, HL, RPD, RPDTO, B’FLY SHRIMPS, MARINADE SHRIMPS, SKEWERS, COOKED SHRIMPS, BLANCHED SHRIMPS, NOBASHI SHRIMPS and VACUUM PACKING METHODS Etc.,Marketing and sales of finished goods to the US and European markets. Development of new products based on the Buyers’ requirements.Maintenance of all approvals and their audits:The production is maintained as per the GFSI Bench marks like British Retailers Consortium – Issue 6, Best Aquaculture Practices, ISO 9001-2000 and International Food Standards – Version 6. The factory is maintained for Costco and Sysco’s Social Responsible Audits conducted by UL STRAlso different Buyers’ Food safety standards are practiced and approved annually by SYSCO, GMRI, COSTCO and US FOOD SERVICES. Buyers Handled: SYSCO, GMRI, COSTCO, US FOODS, LOBLAWS, SETRACO, ETC., Conducting Internal Food Safety and HACCP Audits to streamline the defect free process and taken care of the QA Lab with the help of QA team.
