CurrentResponsible for Warehouse and Line feeding Operations. ❖ Responsible for material inbound, warehouse stock management and line feeding operations to customer without Line loss. ❖ Responsible for SAP Stock Accuracy management. ❖ SFM Board Updation and Documentation.❖ Customer AS Parts dispatch by monthly requirement ❖ Daily Production Plan checking and updation to supplier for required parts. ❖ Participate in daily Shopfloor and Red table meeting.❖ Prepare monthly reports summarizing activities related to follow-up processes. ❖ Daily Vehicle TAT adherence Analysis. ❖ Daily KPI Update and Open points Close. ❖ HIRA (Hazardous Identification Risk Analysis Safety). ❖ Safety Daily Audit for entire department. ❖ Daily Critical Parts follow up. ❖ ISPR Improper Shipment ❖ Imaginary Bin Stock internal follow up and clearance in SAP❖ MHE Equipment PM and Breakdown follow up.❖ Manpower planning and management Analyzed data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. ❖ Created reports on supply chain performance metrics such as KPIs, Supervised staff in the day-to-day management of logistics activities such as scheduling pickups and deliveries.❖ Implementation and monitoring the 5S, Safety& Kaizen.
