1. 17 years experience in EPC, FEED, Project handling, Operation and maintenance in Bulk Material handling equipment of Cement Plants, Mineral plants and Power plants. 2. Design of Process Ducts, Chutes, Stacks, Bins, Hoppers, Platforms & Ladders, Structural Steel Staircase, Secondary Supports, Sliding and Fixed Saddles, Fixed brackets, Pass thru brackets and their supports. 3. Analysis includes Dead Load, Live load, Wind load, Seismic load and Snow load calculations under various temperature, weather and Site conditions. 4. Exposure to AWS and IS welding procedures, symbols & its applications. 5. Exposure to Steel fabrication, erection and Installation procedures. 6. Planning, Organizing & controlling the project requirements by interacting with counterparts. 7. Providing and guiding the team members with technical inputs like providing the site parameters, Workpoints in CAD or Solidworks and in fixing complex profiles to produce quality deliverables. 8. Ensure lead-time and man hours for the project deliverables along with implementing MTTR and MTBR in maintenance activities. 9. Capable of handling sites for erection of Steel Structural equipments including Preparation of Method statement, Risk Assessment, controlling and guiding manpower, Tools and Tackles.
