Directed cross-functional teams in preparing qualifications, technical responses, and cost estimates in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for both private and government clients for Power Projects, Oil & Gas projects, Electrical projects, Water Treatment projects, Civil/Infrastructure Projects. Evaluated proposal content requirements and managed deliverables. Utilized formal processes for preparing bids and proposals, to ensure all deliverables were compliant to bidding specifications, completed in a timely manner, and reviewed for proper management approval.

1. Plan daily activities to meet the targets.2. Manage work force to the required area.3. Conducting periodic work time learning sessions for the benefit of the staff.4. Make periodic report on the performance of the team and submit to the floor supervisor.5. Assisting and training the team in basic computer management, networking, troubleshooting, and fixing the problems whenever necessary.6. Train newly employed staff to meet business targets.7. Quality control and maintenance of the work floor.
