I'm an optimist with a passion for people! I strongly believe in always putting your staff first and leading from the front with a family oriented mindset. My professional drive is powered by supporting team members as they grow, succeed and achieve. Following studies in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and Business Management, I worked in the Health & Fitness / Leisure & Recreation industry for over 10 years including positions such as Centre Manager, Centre Director, State Guest Experience Support Officer and Sales Director - with demonstrated results in sales, customer engagement, social media marketing, staff engagement and programs participation. After becoming a husband to a beautiful wife, father to a son and navigating the COVID environment, I decided to take a break from leisure and recreation venue management. Following a short period at City of Yarra in Compliance and Parking Management, I have transitioned in at Manningham City Council where I am now able to support my local community through Manningham Councils' Community Venues & Function Centre teams.I believe that every leader needs to have their own personal philosophy that has been tested and that they embody in every situation.
