Senior Director Of Delivery
CurrentResponsible for successful project execution and customer satisfaction for all delivery engagements for CleanSlate Technology Group. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages organizational growth and client satisfaction. Envision and lead the development of new product offerings by defining the organization's direction, strategy, and enablement. Proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks, providing guidance and support to resolve issues as they arise.Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the overall success of the Delivery team. Accountable for the financial performance of the delivery team, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to drive organizational growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients / stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction, success, and ongoing engagement. Responsible for ensuring our solutions achieve the customer’s desired outcomes and maximize the value they receive. Collaborate with the business development team to facilitate strategic account planning activities (SWOT, action plans, communication plans, etc.).
