Led a team of resourcing professionals, planners and analysts to generate insight and execute plans in support of BAU, growth and transformation. Led IBP changes and integrated automated dashboarding across the company.

A quasi-COS role within the Defence Business Unit.

Worked cross-functionally with senior partners and business operational leads supporting 6 teams with responsibility for capacity planning, developing operational MI, resource management, utilisation & realisation, profitability, coaching of people managers, internal communications and capability development.

• Officer Commanding of independent sub-unit• Accountable for the planning and deployment of Engagement Teams to the EMEA region including daily liaison with a multitude of senior stakeholders at cross-government level in a ‘Sweating the Asset’ approach.• Afghanistan - Led a diverse, multi-capability team during a time of high operational tempo. Awarded the Minister for Defence Equipment Support and Technology Commendation for Support to Current Operations.• Key function in a 4-year organisational transformation plan with specific responsibility for relocating 350 personnel across 6 new UK sites. This was achieved without an established funding line and delivered ahead of the deadline for Initial Operating Capability.• Customer-based tender evaluation of a £44m infrastructure programme at numerous sites throughout the UK.
