My daily task included but are not limited to daily inspection and PM of area equipment such as forklift, and metal saws along with operation of them. Also in charge of loading the 14-foot saws, HVA production line. Task include but not limited to daily over view and communication with my supervisor of production, schedule jobs along with handling of issues such as time, equipment malfunctions or issues and just general flow and utilization of the machines and task at hand.

My primary duties in this precision machine shop are the set up and running of 2-axis and 4-axis CNC Okuma lathes, measuring and deburring of parts with blade micrometers, micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, bore gauges, indices, and calipers, quality control checking bores, O ring and snap ring grooves, thread reliefs, undercuts, etc., custom fabrication and utilizing the forklift. High attention to detail is required as is consistent technical aptitude, on the fly modifications and adhering to job specifications and interacting with programmer to ensure exact quality standard is met
