Interpret data related to weekly quality counts in order to identify trends and areas that need improvement. Understand all processes, their standard work, and downstream effects. Trained new-hires on the Point-Of-Sale system, loyalty programs, picking orders, and stowing; as well as trained seasoned associates on phone etiquette for online and local clients, and the ordering and pick-up procedures for special orders. Educated associates on canine nutrition while maintaining up-to-date information about the market and current research. Consulted with clients over nutrition for various life stages and health situations of their dogs and occasionally cats. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of products we carried, their location, and comparable competitor products, in addition to recalls, issues, and reviews of products.

Taught children under 18 safety and skills associated with riding, grooming, tacking, and caring for horses and tracked progress for each of these skillsets. Offered remedial training where necessary for advanced riding students. Hosted a day-long clinic for students about Equitation and various grounds keeping tasks. Ensured the safety of twelve girls ages 9-16 while coordinating fun and educational activities in the afternoons, prepared meal, and enforced lights out. Shopped twice weekly for the camp’s meal needs which included primarily organic foods and specific dietary restrictions such as vegan and lactose intolerant. Made and maintained a list of groceries required needed per meal planned, which went on to become standard practice at the camp, and introduced a new recipe to the menu within the camps budgetary and ethical restrictions.

Photographed houses for real estate listing process. Designed and produced home books and other marketing materials for properties using Microsoft Word, Publisher and PowerPoint. Created, maintained, and kept up-to-date listing on multiple real estate websites, as well as VisualTours. Handled the distribution of marketing materials and signage to houses on market, as well as delivering documents to clients.
