Founder
CurrentI've seen many amazing organizations have incredible visions of what they want to accomplish for the Kingdom of God. They want to make an impact, they want to be used to bring hope, faith, and love. I have realized that a lot of them have little knowledge of where to start when it comes to raising funds, or how to establish a process that will allow them to have funding sustainability. My focus is on faith-based organizations with a primary funding source that relies on individual donors and foundations. Over the years, I've learned the role of the fund development department is a ministry first. The people who are "donors" want to be "partners". How do you shift the fund development model from transactional to transformational? How do you do this in a way that will lead to greater giving, long-term sustainability, and people who are truly "champions" of the work you are doing? This is where I come alongside organizations to help leadership, boards, and staff establish a process that will give them the tools to raise funds and see the God-sized visions they have for their organizations come to fruition.
