From supporting people to operate from their strengths to building sustainable strategic programs and systems that promote efficiency to creating safe spaces for people to connect virtually and in real life.Exploring archival and preservation work: I find joy and meaning in collecting and archiving community and familial memories. Learning from expert archivists, curators, and memory keepers is inspirational.
