As a leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, I specialize in channel development, partner management, and cloud services. My mission is to empower and enable our partners to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for customers, leveraging Microsoft's cloud platforms and technologies. I am currently the Cloud Services Scale Partner Lead at Microsoft, where I oversee the strategy, execution, and growth of our UK channel development business and partnerships.In my current role, I lead a team of partner development managers who are responsible for Microsoft Authorised Distributors, Indirect Cloud Solution Providers, Enterprise Licensing Solution Providers, and Reseller channels. I work closely with our partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and to provide them with the best support, resources, and guidance to achieve their goals. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement, and innovation across our channel ecosystem. Some of the competencies that I use and develop in my role include unified communications, data center, business strategy, financial acumen, and value negotiation, which I have enhanced through my INSEAD certifications.
