Working during Covid to mobilise a fixed test centre to include recruiting, developing, training all staff involved in the project. Managed day to day staffing, control of stock, guest experience, ensured a sound clinical environment whilst ensuring all social distancing regulations were adhered to. Liaised and reported directly with DHSC and local authority and was a key strategic planning member for Operation Eagle.
