As an in-house legal counsel and corporate services at Tahija Enterprise, I manage all legal related matters of the Tahija Family's business portfolio (excluding PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk) and philantrophy activities of the Family through Tahija Foundation. The business portfolio of the Tahija Family includes healthcare (through Klinik Mata Nusantara - KMN) and education. In addition to that, I also manage personal legal matters of the Tahija Family members (including their assets). Prior to joining Tahija Enterprise, I was a legal counsel at Orica Indonesia. In general, I was involved in mining services business and mining industries in general. I was also a member of the Indonesian management team at Orica Indonesia. As for private practice experience - I focused on capital market works, such as conducting legal research and due diligence; preparing legal opinions; drafting and reviewing transaction documents; as well as other works related to initial public offerings, rights issues, bonds issuance and other corporate actions conducted by public companies. However, I was also involved in various types of corporate/commercial and project financing works, i.e., handling corporate licensing matters of foreign and domestic investment companies, providing advises on corporate matters, dealing with merger and acquisition transactions, preparing legal documentation (including loan agreements, finance and security documents) for numerous transactions in representing foreign and local clients.
