I think like a customer. When customers click “Contact Us” or they pick up the phone, they have a goal in mind and want an action completed. Being customer-obsessed, I ensure the customer experience end is seamless, personalized and memorable throughout their time with us. I LOVE recognizing others. Making sure employees are happy is a passion of mine! I enjoy finding innovative ways to engage our employees nationwide in the hope to spread the Bulldog culture across teams and silos. Most recently, I led the initiative to develop and design an online social community with integrated recognition and point programs that tie to a custom online storefront. One of my favorite projects to date! I’m a people person. I’ve been told I could make friends with a wall….it’s probably true! One of my favorite parts of my job is developing long-term, genuine relationships with Customers, Employees, Partners and Vendors. I work smart. I enjoy maximizing efficiencies company-wide. Over the past year, I’ve re-designed each corporate function’s SOP’s with built-in checks and balances for ensured accuracy. Performance and insights are monitored on a daily, weekly, monthly basis so we may continue to learn, improve and grow. I’m great on my feet! My phone rings non-stop throughout the day and there are constantly people popping by my office. With the vast diversity of my portfolio, no two days are the same. I can confidently say I’ve mastered the art of multi-tasking the needs of others and the needs of the business while effectively executing on my own responsibilities. It’s a delicate dance that’s been YEARS in the making!I believe in doing good. Being proud of what I do has always been an important factor in my career choices.
