    Bioneer A/S is a small CRO and we also deliver recombinant proteins for our customers. I'm responsible for the protein purification, protein characterization and product development in the protein chemistry area. For protein production we use different prokaryotic expression systems as well as mammalian cell systems (CHO and HEK293 cells). Some of my larger projects the recent year has been with in protein purification process development, technology development and protein pre-formulation studies. For protein analytics we mostly use Mass photometry (on Refeyn TwoMP), SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, capillary electrophoresis (CE-SDS and cIEF) on a Sciex PA800plus.Bioneer A/S also deliver services in: • Human disease models• Molecular histology and detection• Drug formulation and characterization
