I have been an active part of the management team since July of 1996, beginning as Manager of Client Services and being an integral part of the launch of our 2nd generation property management system. Beginning in 1999 I have worked as the key sales support engineer, presenting the features and functions of our application suite, always with the perspective of highlighting features along with the key benefits for the specific audience, and always tailoring the presentation to the needs of the prospect.
