Senior design engineer of the Corporate Wi-Fi Planning and Design organization at Verizon Wireless using Aruba Networks Wi-Fi solutions. We produce all solutions for the corporate-wide Verizon Wireless business offices and retail stores that utilize 802.11 technology. The current solutions include iPad based wireless point of sale, corporate Wi-Fi for employee mobility and corporate guest Wi-Fi for BYOD Internet access and call center supervisor mobility. We have also developed a solution for a backup solution utilizing 4G at our retail stores.

Initially a member of the network implementation team, advanced to the engineering team, and developed and deployed multiple solutions on the Alltel network including, but not limited to: Retail router and switch solutions, firewall and security solutions. Was a member of the disaster recovery team for 5 years in charge of coordinating the network hardware resources and configurations for DR testing as well as actual DR solutions. Joined the VoIP team and became lead administrator of the PGW which was a Solaris server that provided on-net call admission of cellular calls from our MTSOs to facilitate toll bypass. Also because the administrator of the Cisco Unity voicemail system for The Alltel corporate CallManager phone system. Alltel was purchased by Verizon Wireless in January of 2009, and I was one of the initial 10 Alltel engineers mapped over to a permanent position with Verizon Wireless.
