STATE STREET GLOBAL MARKETS, LLC (SSGM)SSGM is the investment research and trading division of State Street Corporation. The commission management group was part of the equity trading business of SSGM. Managed worldwide Commission Management Business for State Street Global Markets, including client service and operations team of 10 located in Boston, New Jersey and London. Responsible for Commission Recapture, Commission Sharing and Soft Dollar programs. Expanded direct trading relationships with over 200 clients and investment managers.

STATE STREET SECURITIES FINANCE The Securities Finance Division provides securities lending services to institutional clients globally.  Managed a Boston and New York-based client service and account management team of 12 responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, client retention, day-to-day communication, client transitions and cross-sales. Worked with cross-divisional teams to provide outstanding service to existing client base as well as support new product and business development efforts for the division.

STATE STREET SECURITIES FINANCE The Securities Finance Division provides securities lending services to institutional clients globally.  Managed over 50 client relationships, each with plan assets of $1 billion to $100 billion, and served as a primary point of contact for all products and services within State Street’s Securities Finance Division

INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR SERVICES DIVISION (IIS)IIS provides accounting, custody, investment operations, recordkeeping, and Performance & Analytics services to institutional clients globally. Managed and directed a team of 40 client service and accounting professionals and ensured bank-wide coordination of product and service delivery for 35 endowment, foundation and health care clients with over $45 billion in global assets. Ensured integration of group’s activities with all areas of the corporation.  Pursued business development and market penetration of health care clients, which resulted in over $8 billion in assets and $5 million in annual revenue.

INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR SERVICES DIVISION (IIS)IIS provides accounting, custody, investment operations, recordkeeping, and Performance & Analytics services to institutional clients globally. Managed and directed a management team and total staff of 16 responsible for servicing the custody and accounting needs of 17 endowment, foundation and corporate pension client relationships. Responsible for client service, timely and accurate reporting, system implementation, project management and orchestrated delivery of all State Street services to assigned institutional clients.
