- Creator management: Classify creators based on criteria such as type, category, product range, commission & booking fee. Develop and maintain strong relationships with each creator, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.​- Creator acquisition: Identify & recruit high-potential creators through various channels, onboarding them into the OP network to expand the pool of creator ​- Campaign management: Monitor creators’ involvement in brand campaigns, collaborating with the AFF team to ensure good performance, including controlling creator budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness, achievement of GMV and a positive ROI- Monitor and analyze creator performance data and campaign results to identify key learnings, paint points & areas for improvement. - Paperwork & payments: Handle paperwork and follow up on payments for creators to ensure timely processing.​- Performance Reporting: Track and report on both creator and project performance to Senior & Manager, including progress status, action plans, providing insights and solution for improvement to Senior & Manager.

- Make a plan to approach, find and convince the right Creator to join the project.- Responsible for expanding the Creator network in the network.- Manage & support, combine resources to help Creator develop channels, expand access and increase income from Livestream commerce activities.- Project representatives participate in external activities, develop the Creator community as assigned by the leadership.- Join the project leader in building the reward mechanism, attracting program and improving the performance of the Creator Network team- Building and implementing community development programs (offline, online)- Support to handle all related queries of the Creator to improve the experience during cooperation.

- Recruitment and training for agency to know the company's mechanisms, policies and regulations.- Control the quality of the host's livestream, guide the host to participate in activities, events, and tasks to increase revenue, discuss with the agency during the management process.- Coordinate with management team and other departments in the company to offer attractive events, appropriate policies and solve common problems and difficulties.
