Recording and summarizing the content of attended meetings for COO’s management and control of daily operations.Supporting other department and hotel colleagues to perform and complete the tasks which are assigned by the COO.Receive, check and review all official documents, records, contracts, etc. from hotel properties or other departments which needs approval before submitting to COO for review and instruction.Send documents, dispatches, records, cascade information from COO's direction to hotel properties or other departments when requiredCollect and check reports from hotel properties or other departments on time and ensure the quality of reports before sending summary reports to COO according to work contents and completion deadlines directed by COO, including Daily reports, periodic reports, and incidental reports.Keep and control documents, records related to the operation of the hotel chainMonitor and report the progress of the work according to the direction from the COOReceive and monitor the COO's working schedule and business trip schedule to coordinate with relevant departments on booking air tickets, transportation, organizing meeting and working schedules, etc.
