• Internal Communication:- Worked as Committee for various internal events: Open House, Halloween, Christmas, Mid-Autumn and New Year Party in online/offline platform (100-200 internal employees each event)- Produced content that followed the event's theme on Intranet Platform. • External Communication:- Organized and join in indoors/off-site/online events (Job Fairs, Tech-talks, Facebook), which serve corporate branding and recruitment purposes- Created content on Company's Facebook & LinkedIn that presented the company’s vision, mission and product - Advised the team and stakeholders in improvements and innovative ideas to constantly enhance employer branding towards the target audience- Sourced and contacted potential candidates to introduce about the company.• Admin & Logistics:- Assisted with interview scheduling, events including booking travel and accommodations for out of town candidates- Collaborated with vendors to produce company's merchandise - Worked closely with agencies, tech communities, universities in terms of service and sponsorship contract.• Achievements:- Hosted a Flashmob in New Year Party that successfully increased employee's engagement - Successfully organized 6 Tech-talks (70 external participants each event), 3 Hiring events (around 40 interviewees each event), 3 Job Fairs (around 300 students joined in booth activities each event)- Successfully supported the hiring team to achieve committed KPI.
