Project: Vietnam VEX IQ Robotics Championship 2023 (in collaboration with the U.S Embassy, the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and sponsored by Vietnam Airlines) - Training coordinator: Participated in recruitment and training for around 200 volunteers for the Championship took place in Hanoi. - Result: Bring 19 Vietnamese teams (under 16-year-old students) to Dallas, Texas, U.S. for the VEX World Championship 2023 (3000 teams from more than 60 countries).2. Project: Summer Internship 2023 Recruitment campaign a. Project lead: - Recruit 40 interns out of 400 applicants. - Design the recruitment plan, and scope the work for the HR team. - Coordinate with the Marketing team for the communication campaign of the Summer Internship recruitment. - Deliver documentation and reports.
